General Conditions 12 Meter BV

Definitions

    12 Meter BV: 12 Meter BV, established in Den Haag, Seinpoststraat 49 under Chamber of Commerce no. 59388625.
    Customer: the person with whom 12 Meter BV has entered into an agreement.
    Parties: 12 Meter BV and customer together.

Applicability of general terms and conditions

    These conditions apply to all offers; offers, activities, orders, agreements and deliveries of services or products by or on behalf of 12 Meter BV.
    Parties can only deviate from these conditions if they have expressly agreed in writing.
    Parties explicitly exclude the applicability of additional and / or deviating general terms and conditions from the customer or from third parties.

Prices

    Prices on this website or that are otherwise made known may change at any time.
    The customer has the right to dissolve an agreement as a result of a price increase as referred to in paragraph 3, unless the increase is the result of a statutory regulation.

Delivery

    The delivery time commences when the customer has completed the (electronic) ordering process and has received an (electronic confirmation) from 12 Meter BV. We will hand over your order to our fulfilment partner within 48 hours. The fulfilment partner will send out your order within 24 hours after receiving the order details. The delivery time is between 2-3 days depending on the country that was ordered from  Exceeding the specified delivery time does not entitle the customer to compensation or the right to terminate the agreement, unless 12 Meter BV cannot deliver within 14 days after being notified in writing or whether the parties have agreed otherwise.
The customer must ensure that the actual delivery of the products ordered by him/her can take place on time.

Returning Orders

As a consumer, you can return the book without providing a reason within 14 days to 12 Meter BV, seinpoststraat 49, 2586 HB, Den Haag. We will return your payment upon reception of the undamaged book. Please contact Henk-Frits at hfverkerk@sportsalliance.com if you are not a consumer but you still want to return the book and we will come to an agreement.
